Property Collective provides digital educational content, coaching, and community access relating to short-term rental businesses. Access is granted for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

3. Payment

All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.

4. No Guarantees

Any income examples or results shown are not guarantees. Your results depend on your effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We make no representation that you will earn any specific amount.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, and content are the property of Property Collective and are protected by copyright. Unauthorised copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Property Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products.
